As a Inside Sales Account Manager, Renewals, you will builds and execute an account territory plan, advising Account Executives, Channel Partners and End-User customers to renew and extend Services contracts.


You will:

  • Build customer relationships through thought leadership.

  • Responsible for implementing and managing contract renewal initiatives.

  • Maintains contract revenue base with the highest possible retention rate seeking opportunities to improve contract revenue stream.

  • Ensures timely contract renewal and promotes awareness of upgrade and add-ons.


•Solid understanding of the full range of products and services and the ability to identify how these products and services align to customer needs
•Capacity to leverage cross-functional resources to achieve customer results
•Ability to teach, coach, and motivate others to improve performance, including providing feedback and identifying development opportunities
•2 to 5 years of experience in a relationship selling role
•Bachelor’s degree
