Key Responsibilities
  • Lead transformation of the renewals team to be more customer success focused
  • Lead expansion of Sales Development team to close Mid-Market deals as a hybrid Inside Sales team
  • Collaborate with the sales team to upsell accounts from basic renewals to latest Check Point technology solutions and open doors to prospect customers
  • Develop region-specific renewal and customer acquisition sales strategies that are aligned with company goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers to drive high renewal rates
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify and retain at-risk customers
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and coordination across sales and marketing teams for customer acquisition strategies
  • Act as the escalation point for complex customer renewal issues, ensuring timely resolution
  • Ensure continuous improvement in sales renewal activities for efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability
  • Use sales data and customer insights to optimize renewal strategies and account growth
  • Power user of salesforce.com ISR/SDR cadence management software
  • Engage with stakeholders and channels to drive value and strengthen relationships
  • Work closely with Marketing, Channel, and high-touch sales teams to implement initiatives
  • Monitor and report on the health of the renewal sales pipeline in the region
  • Ensure the sales team consistently meets daily and weekly sales targets while maintaining customer touchpoints
  • Continuously mentor and develop the sales team, including recruiting, onboarding, and training new sales representatives
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture that is aligned with our GTM core values: People, Customers, Discipline, Quality, and Results
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role; preferably in a renewal or subscription-based environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build long-lasting relationships
  • Culturally sensitive with strong collaboration skills working internationally and within a dynamic, matrix environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, exceeding targets, and developing diverse, high-performing sales teams
  • Good understanding of Security fundamentals is preferred and familiarity with Cloud as well as network architecture would be a plus
