Description
* Assess ASE infrastructure and applications against new Privacy laws, regulations and policies.* Identify gaps and develop remediation plan to comply with Privacy laws, regulations and policies.* Develop, Implement and automate key performance indicators dashboards to support continuous compliance.* Develop continuous plan and supporting document and processes.* Work with engineering teams to implement remediation plan .* Collaborate with legal and privacy teams across Apple regarding applicable Privacy laws, regulations and policies.* Participate in the development of new Apple policies and implement relevant processes and procedures* Translate Legal requirements into implementation requirements and collaborate with engineering teams around the implementation* Answer regulatory inquiries in collaboration with Legal and engineering teams
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in privacy compliance and / or continuous compliance and /or data governance
- Excellent understanding of Privacy laws, regulations and standards such as GDPR, CCPA, DMA, DSA, HIPAA
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational management skills
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, communication and reporting skills
- Bachelors Degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with automation technology tools
- Proficiency in report writing, analysis, and compliance procedures.
- Experience conducting compliance assessments, audits, and risk assessments
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,100 and $264,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
