Description
* Collaborate with legal and privacy teams across Apple regarding applicable Privacy laws, regulations and policies.* Participate in the development of new Apple policies and implement relevant processes and procedures* Assess ASE infrastructure and applications against new Privacy laws, regulations and policies.* Identify gaps and develop remediation plan to comply with Privacy laws, regulations and policies.* Translate Legal requirements into implementation requirements and collaborate with engineering teams around the implementation* Monitor and build continuous compliance processes* Answer regulatory inquiries in collaboration with Legal and engineering teams* Communicate effectively between Legal privacy and engineering teams
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in privacy compliance and/or privacy engineering role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, communication and reporting skills
  • Bachelors Degree
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience conducting compliance assessments, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Excellent understanding of Privacy laws, regulations and standards such as GDPR, CCPA, DMA, DSA, HIPAA
  • Proficiency in report writing, analysis, and compliance procedures.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,100 and $264,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
