Responsibilities
- Responsible for full-cycle recruitment process, focused on our business domains
- Partner and work closely with hiring managers to ensure high-quality recruitment
- Conduct in-depth face to face HR interviews while meeting Moon Active's quality
- Hire top-notch candidates
- Build a strong talent pool for key positions, develop and maintain innovative sourcing channels and recruitment campaigns
- Use data and build strategic plans to meet hiring plan in terms of quality
- Create and maintain an excellent candidate experience
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner
- Proven experience in managing hiring processes end to end
- Proven experience in conducting in depth interviews
- Ability to prioritize and work in a dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
- B.Sc. in Human Resources, Behavioral Science or equivalent
