What you’ll do:
Partner with hiring managers to develop tailored strategies for recruiting top talent.
Own the end-to-end recruitment process for G&A and IT/Security roles, including Legal, Finance, and more.
Leverage creative sourcing techniques to engage top-tier, passive candidates.
Deliver a seamless, candidate-first recruitment experience.
Build and maintain pipelines of diverse and high-quality talent to meet current and future needs.
Track key hiring metrics and continually refine the recruiting process to deliver optimal results.
What you’ll bring:
5+ years experience in a scaling tech environment (ideally SaaS, Fintech, or similar) and 2+ years in an agency setting.
Proven expertise in recruiting for G&A and Security/IT roles such as SecOps, DevSecOps, Legal, and Finance.
Strong ability to source passive candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
Demonstrated success hiring at all levels across multiple departments.
Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle of multiple requisitions simultaneously with a focus on exceptional candidate experience.
Excellent communication skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers, effectively convey opportunities, and collaborate across teams.
Highly organized with exceptional time management and attention to detail, ensuring adherence to processes and priorities.
A genuine passion for building diverse talent pipelines and the ability to approach talent acquisition strategically to ensure the perfect fit for each role.
