Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

2. Identify, develop and support short-term noncash incentive and recognition programs related to new or key business initiatives in alignment with the program’s defined mission statement.

3. Manage the quarterly and annual budget allocation process to operate within the defined financial constraints. Assist in preparation of financials needed for annual RAC. Works directly with finance partners.

5. Create and deliver needed data for routine updates granting new teammates access to the recognition platform, align changes due to internal transfers, and remove access for those no longer eligible to participate in the program.

6. Partner with legal, risk, sourcing, finance and other stakeholders for vendor management business requirements Lead change management initiatives related to administration/expansion of recognition platform.

8. Develop and execute enterprise-wide communications that support all non-cash recognition and rewards program.

9. Participate in the development and execution of top performers programs for Truist.

10. Special projects and project management as needed within department.

1. ​​Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience

​2. Prior experience designing and analyzing incentive plans and/or recognition and rewards programs or as an incentive plan participant​

3. ​​5+ years’ work experience including the use of specific analytics tools relative to the work area​

4. ​​Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products, i.e. Excel and PowerPoint

​5. Strong analytical and interpersonal abilities​

Preferred Qualifications:

1. ​​Advanced graduate degree in Business, Finance or equivalent field​

​​2. Experience in the financial services industry​

​3. ​Experience with relational databases and basic programming; SQL, R, SAS, Excel Macros, etc.​
