This role will help us identify, manage and improve our set of promotional levers to attract targeted supply from our consumer and professional seller base. As part of this scope you will work with a variety of stakeholders across Category & Account Management teams, our Consumer-to-Consumer team, Marketing, Analytics and Finance.
Your tasks will include:
Designing promotions aimed at driving seller behavior and incremental supply
Managing pricing & promotion operations
Enhance our understanding of promotion related customer journeys
Generate promotion related customer insights
Driving performance deep dives (e.g. customer targeting, incentives, actions, GMV, Revenue, Ol)
Supporting pricing strategy definition
Requirements:
Genuine enthusiasm for eBay and e-commerce
Attention to detail
Strong analytical skills (including hands-on experience with SQL and MS Excel is a must)
Good communication skills in English. German is a plus.
Category-based insights (e.g. in Car Parts, Home & Garden) are a plus
You love working independently and are passionate about making a material impact on business performance
