Key Responsibilities:• Conduct in-depth audits of manually ingested AWS pricing contracts across internal tools and systems• Identify opportunities for automation and partner with Billing Science and Tech teams to implement automated validation in tools• Participate in cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams to improve contract review processes• Implement AI-based tooling and other solutions for effective and scalable contract reviews• Participate in User Acceptance testing for new product and feature launches, ensuring resolution of issues to optimize customer experience

- 3+ years of Microsoft Excel experience, Data Analysis and Basic SQL
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
