Essential Responsibilities:

Work as a technical project manager to lead and execute technical projects ofvarious sizes

  • Support the Operations' organization in the execution of its strategic and operationalobjectives

  • ollow industry standard project management best practices to plan and execute projects;

  • ork closely with product leaders in inspection/adaptation by assessing overallcapacityand risks on a periodic basis;

  • acilitate complex discussions with architecture teams and dev teams on requirements, design, and other joint reviews;

  • nsure all project Compliance requirements are adhered to andrequiredapprovals secured;

  • elpidentifyand surface issues related to product view, that has the potential toimpact

  • elp build consensus in decision making process;

  • mplement standardized reporting for overall schedule and progress tracking across multiple projects and products;

  • ffectively manages risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure all planned activities are on track;

  • ather and store project and technical documents;

  • anage medium to large projects full lifecycle;

  • rganize project cadences such as reviews, quarterly planning and providing executive status reporting;

  • se project management tools such as MS project, Jira etc.; and

  • mplement knowledge of cloud technologies.

Works with the following tools and technologies: REST API, JSON, UML, Splunk, Grafana, Jira, Confluence, Service Now, Figma, CI/CD, Kubernetes, IBM Red Hat –Container Platforms/Rancher, Gitlab SaaS, Splunk Cloud, Amazon Web Services S3, Lambda, API Gateway, Cloud Watch, Jira Cloud, and Box Cloud.

Basic Qualifications:

This position requires adegree or equivalent in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering and 6 years (progressive, post-baccalaureate) experience managing medium to large technical projects across the full project lifecycle.


Required Skills/Experience:

Must also have24 monthsContainer Platforms/Rancher, Gitlab SaaS, Splunk Cloud, Amazon Web Services S3, Lambda, API Gateway, Cloud Watch, Jira Cloud, and Box Cloud. 3) Working with the following tools and technologies: REST API, JSON, UML, Splunk, Grafana, Jira, Confluence, Service Now, Figma, and CI/CD. 4) Project management tools including MS Project, Jira, Rally, and IBM RTC. 5) Enterprise Agile Project Delivery and Value Stream management using Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Framework (will accept experience gained concurrently. Position requires domestic travel for 1-2 days per month for project planning, conferences, and work collaboration meetings.
