Based in the Espoo office you will take the full ownership of your territory, driving the sales opportunities from early discovery phase to closing. You will furthermore drive and support demand generation activities, enablement and thought leadership to drive SAP CX solutions in our region.• You will be the CX lighthouse in the industries you work for – responsible for shaping next generation customer experiences in close collaboration with your customers and SAP partners in this space.• You are curious and a continuous learner with passion for what AI as a technology can deliver to improve customer experience.• You are passionate about CX as a domain, and are mainly focused on customer stakeholders in the CX domains (such as CDO’s, Chief Sales Officers, Heads of Service etc.)• You actively understand each customer’s technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy and competitive landscape• You will drive pipeline and work in Virtual Account Teams on CX Sales Campaigns• You have a few years’ experience, with a proven track record, working with sales in the Customer Experience Space (CRM/Sales, eCommerce, Marketing, Service, Customer Data Management) and/or other relevant Enterprise Cloud software• You have demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative, and a competitive market.• You are fluent in local language and English, and be able to make our customers feel listened to and help them improve their business• You embrace a continuous learning attitude
