What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
- Implement physical verification flows (DRC/LVS/ERC/ANT/DFM/PERC) in advanced technology nodes
- Drive SoC level physical verification closure/sign off
- Work closely with physical design team on RDL/Bump routing and block level physical verification closure/sign off
- 3-5 years of experience in physical verification – DRC, LVS, ERC, ANT, DFM, PERC running and debugging in advanced technology nodes
- Degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Experience in RDL/Bump routing in Innovus is desired
- Experience in Virtuoso/Allegro (SIP) and layout design is desired
- Experience in packaging design and technology and 3D-Stack is a plus
- Excellent understanding of the advanced fabrication technology and DRC rule interpretation.
- Expertise in LVS debugging – short isolation
- Experience with the latest physical verification tools
- Strong scripting skills (Tcl, Perl)
