Themanages every aspect of the preboarding process, playing a vital role in integrating new hires into the organization. Serving as the main point of contact for candidates between offer acceptance and their start date, the Preboarding Team ensures all preemployment requirements are completed accurately and on time. They are adept problem solvers, provide exceptional customer service, and have a keen eye for detail.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure services delivery that meets all clients’ requirements. This entails especially responsiveness and quality of the services that are delivered by the team
- Ensure that processes and procedures for the team are in line with policies & guidelines.
- Ensure KPI’s and service metrics are achieved through regular monitoring and proactive
- intervention where required.
- Provide staff development, supervision, motivation and leadership within the team. This entails positive recognition opportunities, performance reviews, promoting career development within and outside of the team and giving space for personal and professional growth.
- Provide input to streamline processes and procedures within Preboarding using best practice, to provide better efficiencies and reduce costs.
- Handle escalated cases, follow up on resolution, inform customer, document and capture learning gained.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, IT, facilities and new hires to make
- sure that issues are resolved, and requests are handled with the right priority and in a professional way
- Drive operational excellence within own team and support continuous improvement of
- services/processes within own scope
- Ensure team acts in accordance with the compliance and Data Privacy rules.
- Act as the SME for team members, business and other stakeholders regarding process related knowledge.
- This role is partially operational (handling cases, surveys, contacting with customers etc.)
- Very good knowledge of HR tools Avature, ServiceNow
- Strong leadership skills (at least 2 years’ experience in TL role)
- Experience working with international teams and stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational, analytical & time management skills
- Demonstrated strong communication skills and the ability to rapidly build and maintain trust
- Good understanding of current HR model, and where to find specialist knowledge
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) Available to work between 10 am - 6 pm (Monday to Friday) to cover various timezones
