The Preboarding Coordinator manages every aspect of the preboarding process, playing a vital role in integrating new hires into the organization. Serving as the main point of contact for candidates between offer acceptance and their start date, the Preboarding Coordinator ensures all preemployment requirements are completed accurately and on time. They are adept problem solvers, provide exceptional customer service, and have a keen eye for detail.
Main responsibilities:
- You will spend most of your time ensuring all preboarding tasks are completed accurately and on time (Avature).
- You will have to follow up with pending hires via phone and email to ensure they complete their outstanding preboarding tasks.
- You will be sending notifications (via Avature and/or email).
- You will be verifying accuracy of all required preboarding documents.
- You will be handling issues or queries that candidates have during the preboarding process and ensuring these cases are resolved efficiently.
- You will be accountable for dispositioning all assigned ServiceNow cases in a timely manner.
- You will be working closely with Boarding team and other stakeholders, to ensure proper and timely provisioning of new employees’ set-up requirements.

Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role is a must.
- ServiceNow savvy – closing cases and managing case queue.
- Experience working with ATS Avature or similar.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Polish.
- Curiosity - we are looking for someone with generous interest in the admin work, ready to work with a lot of data, open to support different regions depending on business needs.
- Adaptability - while you will be following the established process flow, we expect you to think creatively and be adaptable with the process steps.
- Problem solving – dealing with issues will be natural part of your job, you should be ready to handle unexpected situations and come up with solutions.
- Collaboration - we are looking for a team player - although you will have a great of accountability and independence, you need to be generously sharing knowledge to leverage experience with others.
