is seeking an experienced Immigration Specialist (Paralegal) to join our U.S. Immigration Team.The U.S. Immigrationeam provides legal and strategic U.S., drives immigration compliance, and supports the immigration needs of foreign national employees and their families.

As a U.S. Immigration Specialist, you will be dedicated to employee engagement, solving complex problems, and helping our businesses achieve their strategic goals by attracting top talent to Microsoft.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experienceof employment-based immigration experience (IV and NIV filings) in a fast-paced, high-volume, team-oriented environmentOR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experienceof employment-based immigration experience (IV and NIV filings) in a fast-paced, high-volume, team-oriented environment.

Paralegal IC2 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $64,700 - $119,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $89,000 - $134,400 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
