Paralegal IC1 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $25.67 - $45.29 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $37.07 - $51.68 per hour.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation. Responsibilities
  • Support paralegals, attorneys, and other department roles on routine processes and legal matters with supervision, escalating issues to attorneys, sr. paralegals and subject matter experts, including outside counsel.
  • Draft, proofread, edit, finalize, and organize the proper execution of correspondence and routine corporate compliance documentation such as board resolutions, shareholder resolutions, corporate certificates, and powers of attorney.
  • Provide initial and follow up responses to clients on email inquiries with regard to Microsoft’s worldwide subsidiary corporate compliance.
  • Investigate and recognize potentially complex or higher-level legal issues and involve a paralegal or attorney to address them.
  • Handle projects and other assignments from attorneys or paralegals as needed.
  • Interface for records management of local files with CELA Records Management. Including creating, maintaining, tracking, retrieving, and routing legal files.
  • Maintain database for Microsoft’s worldwide corporate structure.
  • Embody our
