Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of immigration experience with an understanding of US Immigration programs and laws
  • Able to take a holistic view of an initiative and evaluate all of the interdependencies and complexities to make positive recommendations
  • Problem solving capabilities in time sensitive and often personal matters
  • Strong ability to apply a consistent governance of standards across the program
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risk
  • Effectively communicates with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds; the ability to listen and to build a collaborative relationship
  • Able to establish trust and rapport with foreign nationals, contributing to a seamless immigration process.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
  • Experience with a geographically diverse organization
  • Technical acumen, able to embrace and leverage new technology
  • Proficient knowledge in iWork suite

Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
