Key Responsibilities
- Primary finance partner and first point of contact for the Regional General manager of North America and Field Operations leadership teams
- Lead quarterly and annual budgeting cycles, quarterly business reviews, scenario analysis, headcount modeling and quarter end close process
- Perform variance analysis, identify key drivers of financial performance, highlight risks and opportunities and provide insightful recommendations to guide management decision making
- Collaborate with the Strategic Planning team in designing and executing the new cost allocation model to Business Units
- Support in analysis of Accounts Receivables and opportunities to improve days sales outstanding
- Support various ad-hoc project analysis as required. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and validate financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and implement improvements in finance processes
- Manage and guide theIBM Guadalajara (ACE)team in the weekly tracking & cost management of North America and Field Operations groups
Key Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial planning and analysis and business partnering
- Strong data collation, manipulation, reporting and modeling skills. Experience with financial systems (SAP & BPC ERP System, Tableau or Power BI) a plus
- Excellent influencing and customer relationship skills with an ability to collaborate broadly
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Proactive, passionate, curious individual with strong desire to learn and grow
- Bachelor’s degree inbusiness/accounting/financeor related field (Master's Degree/MBA Preferred)
- 4-6 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A or accounting roles
