Primary finance partner and first point of contact for the Regional General manager of North America and Field Operations leadership teams
Lead quarterly and annual budgeting cycles, quarterly business reviews, scenario analysis, headcount modeling and quarter end close process
Perform variance analysis, identify key drivers of financial performance, highlight risks and opportunities and provide insightful recommendations to guide management decision making
Collaborate with the Strategic Planning team in designing and executing the new cost allocation model to Business Units
Support in analysis of Accounts Receivables and opportunities to improve days sales outstanding
Support various ad-hoc project analysis as required. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and validate financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Identify and implement improvements in finance processes
Manage and guide theIBM Guadalajara (ACE)team in the weekly tracking & cost management of North America and Field Operations groups
Key Qualifications
Proficiency in financial planning and analysis and business partnering
Strong data collation, manipulation, reporting and modeling skills. Experience with financial systems (SAP & BPC ERP System, Tableau or Power BI) a plus
Excellent influencing and customer relationship skills with an ability to collaborate broadly
Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Proactive, passionate, curious individual with strong desire to learn and grow
Bachelor’s degree inbusiness/accounting/financeor related field (Master's Degree/MBA Preferred)
4-6 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A or accounting roles
