Job responsibilities
- Directs principal activities across the end-to-end product delivery journey including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
- Owns the change management framework across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Maintains a high level of visibility over product timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
- Coaches and mentors the product delivery team on best practices through collaborative discussions on resource management, dependency management, and deployment techniques to improve efficiencies
- Lead initiatives/projects to address diverse challenges through the entire product life cycle from planning through execution while achieving business targets
- Lead the completion of organizational change management activities across Area Products and Quad Partners
- Apply structured problem-solving and design thinking to address top strategic priorities
- Collect and analyze data and formulate recommendations based on findings
- Anticipate and remove obstacles that slow down or prevent team from delivering goals
- Develop presentations for internal and external audiences
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 10 years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology application - leading projects and programs in a financial services environment
- Extensive experience leading operational management and change readiness
- Experience in enterprise-wide release and deployment processes and strategies
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Experience in large-scale implementation working in a cross-functional capacity, managing competing priorities and diverse stakeholders
- Advanced knowledge of product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
- Exceptional ability to analyze problems, break down business, technical, and operational objectives into manageable tasks, while navigating through ambiguity and driving change
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and work in high-pressure environment with shifting priorities
