Job Description – Program Manager Product Delivery Director
As a Product Delivery Manager responsible for Project Management within the Service Product Group, you will help lead the execution of transformational change. This role will require a leader with a strong collaboration and problem-solving skills and a proven track record of delivering results through agile product delivery.
Job responsibilities
- Lead multiple initiatives/projects through any phase of the product life cycle while achieving business targets
- Act as a strategic partner to Product Managers and build strong relationships with Product Quad and all stakeholders
- Manage dependencies from point of submission through completion working closely with co-suppliers
- Create and maintain standard project documentation
- Anticipate and address obstacles and issues that slow down or prevent team from delivering goals
- Maintain knowledge of Product vision, strategy, roadmap and on-going changes
- Develop presentations for internal and external audiences
Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 5+ years of experience in leading projects in a financial services environment
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and work in high-pressure environment with shifting priorities
- Experience working in a cross-functional capacity, managing competing priorities and diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of product development life cycle, agile principles and tools (Jira Align, Jira)
- Ability to analyze problems, break down business, technical, and operational objectives into manageable tasks, while navigating through ambiguity and driving change
- Excellent communication / presentation skills (oral and written)
- Strong interpersonal leadership and influencing skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
