Work with the Sr. Program Manager, Operational Infrastructure Management to meet goals for warehouse and office openings/closings/updates as set forth by leadership
Work with US & MX Operational Infrastructure Management staff to ensure achievement of project scope and delivery/setup of required equipment and materials
Maintain a list of preferred suppliers and contractors. Process required documents for vendor addition to companywide procurement system. Work with procurement team to negotiate preferential rates and terms
Monitor Tesla facilities ticket system. Manage maintenance requests, periodic maintenance, and vendor invoice approval for regional sites within and outside of ticketing system
Build & maintain a successful Remote Storage Unit Program for Energy Service
Build and maintain Vendor PO & Invoice tracking for future quarter projection reporting
Standardize and maintain a bi-annual Uniform program for Energy Employees
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years customer service experience (emergency response in a high velocity/high volume setting preferred)
Proven ability to measure and manage work from afar, including driving successful vendor relationships
Self-starter with the ability to work under minimal guidance and direction
Superior communication skills; written and verbal
Enthusiasm for exceeding customer expectations and driving continuous improvements
Ability to travel to various assigned projects/sites as required
