What You’ll DoWhat You’ll Bring
- Work with the Sr. Program Manager, Operational Infrastructure Management to meet goals for warehouse and office openings/closings/updates as set forth by leadership
- Work with US & MX Operational Infrastructure Management staff to ensure achievement of project scope and delivery/setup of required equipment and materials
- Maintain a list of preferred suppliers and contractors. Process required documents for vendor addition to companywide procurement system. Work with procurement team to negotiate preferential rates and terms
- Monitor Tesla facilities ticket system. Manage maintenance requests, periodic maintenance, and vendor invoice approval for regional sites within and outside of ticketing system
- Build & maintain a successful Remote Storage Unit Program for Energy Service
- Build and maintain Vendor PO & Invoice tracking for future quarter projection reporting
- Standardize and maintain a bi-annual Uniform program for Energy Employees
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years customer service experience (emergency response in a high velocity/high volume setting preferred)
- Proven ability to measure and manage work from afar, including driving successful vendor relationships
- Self-starter with the ability to work under minimal guidance and direction
- Superior communication skills; written and verbal
- Enthusiasm for exceeding customer expectations and driving continuous improvements
- Ability to travel to various assigned projects/sites as required
