IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION

Working as part of our Charging Operations team, you’ll have the opportunity to improve our internal operations and make an impact on EMEA and wider global markets. You’ll assist in various projects to fully understand what we do and what challenges we need to overcome in our daily work. You’ll also have the opportunity to work on special projects which will involve deep dives into our current processes and systems, and execution of key action plans whilst communicating with different teams across EMEA, APAC and NAM.

• Understand operations way of working, detail process steps, identify efficiencies and implement together with software engineers solutions to our tool ecosystem
• Help collect, analyse and understand team needs
• Support the team to adjust or create new processes
• Assist in defining action plans
• Communicate timelines, achievements and changes to the teams
• Understand and use internal systems
• Help provide operational support when necessary

• Preferably studying a relevant field (Business, Project Management)
• Level C1 in English (written and spoken)
  
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and handle unexpected challenges, maintaining a high level of productivity without compromising quality under pressure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc)
• Team oriented, at ease to share ideas and to reach out to various international stakeholders
