Responsibilities:

  • Directly send and manage all aspects of our invoicing processes, from preparation, updates, addressing client enquiries, and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.
  • Uphold the accuracy of data within our coaching tracker and tools, including updating completed sessions by coaches.
  • Operate the automated bot process, reviewing and verifying all financial data it generates.
  • Uphold various client invoicing governance and requirements, ensuring any billing adjustments like PO, receipt acknowledgement, address changes, and entity changes are accurately captured.
  • Facilitate consistent updates to our finance team and ensure timely entries are made in our billing automated tracker.
  • Assist the collections team by understanding, reviewing, and analysing aged debt reports, taking proactive steps to resolve outstanding issues.
  • Reconcile managed service fees and support the general preparation of all service line journals.
  • Manage financial communication channels between the Client Service Team, the client, and our account managers, ensuring quick resolution of invoicing and financial disputes.
  • Support with analysis and reporting of financial MI specific to aged debt and invoicing with an operational focus.
  • Mailbox management of queries specific to invoicing and aged debt queries

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in data interpretation and input.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to liaise effectively with various teams and levels and external clients.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking to financial processes and workflows.
  • Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Comfort with finance-related software or systems and ease with learning and utilising new tools.

Desirable Skills:

  • Some knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency with any known CRM system.
