People Advisory Services (PAS) Managed Services – Senior Finance Analyst
Your Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the delivery of contractual finance reporting
- Responsible for the quality and accuracy of internal and external financial reporting
- Acts as first line reviewer for all financial data for external reporting
- Deliver financial planning and financial data analysis to leadership and clients
- Data extraction and manipulation across multiple integrated data sources
- Engagement management monthly review of resources, expenses and revenue for senior leadership
- Coordinates aged debt reporting and drives activities to reduce aged debt working with the collections team, enablement teams and account managers
- Coordinates end of year transitions including engagement code creation and closure of previous years codes and associated activities.
- Outstanding invoices to be kept at less than 5% of the total value of the previous three months invoiced amounts
- Supervisory role with financial operations analysts responsible for invoicing and aged debt in conjunction with operations managers
- Identify opportunities for future Continuous Improvement initiatives

- Organisational skills
- Ideally educated to degree level
- CIMA or other accountancy qualification
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI
