People Leadership- Lead a team of 3 or more strategy specialist or project management associates
- Administrative support required of a people leader
- Conduct performance and talent management responsibilities
Lead aspects of an effective strategy management framework- Strategy Development - Conduct activities that formulates imperatives, objectives and key results by using different methodologies including but not limited to situational analysis, PESTEL and SWOT analysis.
- Integration - Align various components of the organization to ensure effectiveness of strategic initiatives. This includes the voice of the associates, external trends or macroeconomics, departmental goals, aspirations, culture, norms, etc. Then communicating the strategies to all levels of the organization.
- Strategy Delivery and/or portfolio management- Create, monitor and evaluate an implementation plan for the organization’s strategies. Manage and oversee a portfolio of projects and programs including reporting, prioritization, and resource capacity. Ensures effectiveness of all processes and workflows for portfolio management. Communicate across all levels to drive results and elevate key decision-points to leadership. Perform broader organizational partnerships across other LOB’s portfolio.
- Change Management - Cross functional collaboration to manage the people's side of change to ensure that organizational changes brought about by transformations are effectively implemented.
Senior leadership engagement and stakeholder management- Lead senior leadership engagement and partner cross-functionally with various stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical thought partnerships
- Focal point of contact for the office of the Chief of staff which includes support to top of house management systems
- Lead quarterly strategic planning sessions
- Perform advocacy role in different forums required
Other responsibilities- May be assigned / rotated across related sub-functions including but not limited to sub-functions within Process management
- All other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time
Basic Qualifications:- PMP, Lean, Agile, Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- 5+ People Management experience
- Proficient in Google suite products
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to adapt to change
- Positive attitude and team player
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup
- Willing to work in mid shift schedule
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree +
- 7+ years of Project Management experience
- 7+ years of People Management experience
- Foundational knowledge of Financial Services
- Experience with Confluence and Jira
