Implement a comprehensive communication and change management framework to support the rollout and adoption of enablement initiatives. Ensure clear, consistent, and persuasive communication across all levels of the organization.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related field (master’s degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and partner team enablement roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market processes, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in business planning, metrics analysis, and the translation of data into actionable business insights.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, often with international teams, under tight deadlines.
  • Experience and working knowledge of MEDDPICC, ADSM, Solution Selling, Value Selling, and similar sales frameworks and methodologies.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS), content creation tools, and other enablement technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future.
