Supervise a Field Service Engineering team for the [fill in the blank] organization. You will apply your leadership skills to improve team performance. You will ensure engagement in new opportunities for market penetration, team deployment, and sales growth. You will liaise with multiple factions to help prevent and resolve customer problems and explore additional revenue-generating opportunities. You will drive and improve metric reporting procedures and own financial metrics, targets and budgets. You will lead quick and effective closure of any improvement opportunities. You will define team expectations and communicate those to stakeholder. You will act as mentor to train and develop future managers.
JobDescription (Field Service Supervisor) • Supervision of services and support for complex BMS/ IBMS/Security Systems/ Life Safety Systems etc.• Supervision of Service Projects execution, completing them inquick turnaround technically & commercially.
• Driving the customer satisfaction & supervision for theday to day service operation parameters.
• To ensure 100% compliance on Service Level Agreement (SLA),OTA & OTC by FSEs.
• Handling a team of Service Engineers on HAIL/ Subcontractpayroll.
• Managerial skills.
• Technical skills:
Required - HVAC/ BMS/ IBMS/ FAS/ Access Control System/ CCTVSystem etc.
Desired - Honeywell BMS, EBI etc.
• Achieving Order Booking, Revenue & Collection plan monthly& annually as per AOP.
- Qualifications:
Essential - Diploma (Electronics/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/Mechanical)
Desired - BE (Electronics/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/Mechanical)
