JOB DESCRIPTION

You will apply your leadership skills to driveteam performance and customer service delivery levels. You will ensureengagement in new opportunities for market penetration, team deployment andsales growth through close collaboration with the account managers. You willliaise with multiple factions to help prevent and resolve customer problems andexplore additional revenue-generating opportunities. You will drive and improvereporting procedures on financial results, targets and budgets. You will leadquick and effective closure of any improvement opportunities. You will defineteam expectations and communicate those to stakeholders. You will act as mentorto train and develop future leaders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise team activities and performance while maintaining hands on delivery activities.
  • Develop team and team members.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement through performance and business growth.
  • Assign and supervise service, spot and project work.
  • Collect, reconcile and report operational metrics to the SBL and the customer liaison.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Technical certificate in the electrical, controls or IT related field or 5 years of experience working in HVAC, fire alarm and/or security systems domain.
  • 2 years of contract or project experience including financial oversight.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers, leadership and peers.
