The Purpose of the Role

Be part of a team at the Customer Solution Center (CSC) where you will useyour knowledge and background in finding innovative, cost-effective means toimprove production control output and continuous improvements working withOperations, Engineering, AME and Sourcing. You will partner with the factoryoperations in providing direction that ensures product is coordinated,monitored, and completes the production cycle per schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify solutions and plans that will align the production schedule andmaterial availability
• Interact with both internal and external customers to drive productioncoordination solutions
• Use integration of production background to facilitate continuous improvementefforts that will facilitate production schedule improvements.
• Handle order to ship Quality cycle of projects at Customer SolutionCenter (CSC).
• Interface with Customers operations.
• Manage Quality process during material receipt, manufacturing, Integration process & Customer support phase.
• Responsible of projects Quality inspections/ testing during Pre-FAT/ FAT/ IFAT & final dispatch.
• Ensure product delivery as per engineering drawings, AME standards & Customer specifications.
• Ensure standard work being followed during projects execution phases.
• Maintain Quality metric performance toward operational excellence

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Instrumentation with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in control systems
• Candidate handled systems/ Projects representing Saudi Aramco are preferred
• Quality & manufacturing domain.
• Hands on experience in manufacturing of electrical panels.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing tools & Quality standards (ISO 9001:2015).
• Must have good verbal, written communication & leadership skills.
• Robust management & reporting skills.
• Six Sigma Green belt trained / certified (Preferable).
