Lead, mentor, and manage a team of webdevelopers, designers, and other technical staff;
Conduct regular performance reviews,provide feedback, and facilitate professional development for team members;
Manage the day-to-day operations of theweb development and website authoring team, as well as relevant agencies, ensuringefficient workflow and productivity;
Collaborate with other departments (e.g.,Marketing, Sales, IT) to align web development projects with company goals;
Design, develop, and maintainhigh-quality, responsive websites and web applications using the latesttechnologies.
Key skills and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, InformationTechnology, or a related field;
5+ years of experience in webdevelopment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role;
Proven experience in managing webdevelopment teams and projects from inception to completion;
Proficient in front-end and back-end webdevelopment technologies (e.g. JavaScript, PHP, Python, Ruby,etc.);
Experience with modern web frameworks andlibraries.
