Driving Infinite Possibilities Within A Diversified, Global Organization

The successful candidate will live and breathe all things social and will own the social and content strategy for the BA business and support the corporate team. You will be responsible for developing, managing and tracking online marketing campaigns that drive global sales leads and business results.

Your social messaging will bring the brand to life directly for a mass audience, whether through inspired content or one-to-one connections.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

People management

Responsibility and oversight of content and campaigns, including BA storytelling for key verticals and geographies

Participation in project prioritization and people assignment

Own the paid advertising, social media and email strategy to align with our broader customer marketing goals.

Lead efforts with the strategic business units in social media and content to optimize our digital marketing programs.

Manage and implement campaign and social content calendars.

Manage sizable budgets and execute campaigns – both long and short term.

Manage projects, timelines and resources to ensure successful execution of campaigns.

Create measurement, tracking and reporting to improve results for all tactics.

Conduct A/B testing to identify highest performing options to ensure we’re targeting the right audience at the right time with the right message.

Use engagement metrics to suggest adjustments to tactics and strategies to optimize return on marketing investment (ROMI).

Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies, willing to experiment with new approaches to stay ahead of competitors.

MUST HAVE

Minimum of eight years working experience in digital marketing, demand generation, content development and related marketing disciplines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong English skills (written and verbal).

WE VALUE

A bachelor’s degree (or above) in Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising or a related field.

Fluency in digital marketing best practices and trends.

Exposure to Adobe Experience Manager or other enterprise CMS.

Proven experience driving digital marketing campaigns.

Ability to communicate clearly in a global highly matrixed organization.

Prior people management skills preferred
