  • Translate customer insights, market trends, and competitive signals into a compelling product vision.
• AI Experience Development
  
  • Identify opportunities to apply generative AI, natural language processing, and personalization to enhance productivity scenarios in Word.
  • Define and track success metrics for AI features (quality, trust, adoption, engagement).
• Mobile-Centric Execution
  
  • Optimize AI experiences for mobile users—on-the-go scenarios like quick edits, smart summaries, voice-driven input, and contextual assistance.
  • Drive rapid iteration using experimentation (A/B testing, flighting), analytics, and user feedback loops.
