Qualifications - Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience taking a data security product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).
  • 5+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).
  • 5+ years experience taking a data security product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework).

This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Create and drive product area vision, strategy, success measures, and execution plan.

• Obsess over the customer, be informed by data, own the end-to-end experience, and deliver with agility and quality.

• Manage cross-team partnerships and relationships with engineering, design, research, and marketing in Microsoft Security as well as cross-organizational teams to establish a shared strategic framework, vision, plans, and roadmap.

• Lead planning, execution, and go-to-market efforts for new data security capabilities, ensuring alignment with broader Microsoft Security strategy and delivering measurable value to internal and external stakeholders - Represent Microsoft and the product internally and externally to customers and partners
