Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and Drive the Italian Sales Application Specialist (SAS) team to deliver PDx products strategy and plans.
  • Ensures team compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Design and lead strategic clinical campaigns.
  • Assess and define marketing materials needs to be discussed and developed with Marketing Manager.
  • Provide constant constructive feedback on approved tools and material and their utilization by the application team
  • Proactively cooperate with the Marketing Manager and the Sales Manager to identify initiatives, strategic projects and key annual investments
  • Be constantly updated on products clinical evidence and scientific publications.
  • Plays an active role to assess team skills and shapes training strategy according with the Medical Affairs Director
  • Develops a strong collaboration channel with the Medical Affair team to design and deliver training and development of clinical and technical skills within team.
  • Plays a pivotal role developing synergies between Application and Account manager team
  • Drives customer-centric culture, shapes customer experience strategy, ensures highest levels of customer satisfaction through team.
  • Drives analytics utilizations to coach and support team strategy execution and standardization.
  • Foster innovation and digital mindset
  • Develops and implements projects for team excellence and growth.
  • Develops leadership pipelines, shapes team culture, drives engagement and professional growth.
  • Develops and maintains strong customer relationships, resolves complex issues.
  • Nurture KOL network
  • Assess market and customer needs and trends to be reported out within the leadership team
  • Analyses data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the team, encouraging people to identify and implement process enhancements.
  • Establish and facilitate forums for sharing best practices, lessons learned, and success stories related to operational excellence.
  • Focus on continuous improvement to ensure customers and patients remains at the focus.
  • Be an active partner in order to share dynamics and best practices with the other International Clinical Managers

Required Qualifications

  • In-depth clinical knowledge of diagnostic imaging pharmaceuticals and related application
  • Proven experience as ISF (“Informatore Scientifico del Farmaco” according to the Italian regulations) and Clinical Experience in Healthcare industry/sector.
  • Proven Experience as a Commercial Team Leader
  • Comprehensive understanding of clinical research and future trends to shape team knowledge.
  • Experience in portfolio management and strategic projects implementation to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Persuasive and empathetic communication, handles complex discussions, guides team in communication skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently to healthcare facilities and participate in evening or weekend events as needed
