Product Strategy and Roadmap:
Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the solenoid product line.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Define product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
Product Development:
Lead the development of new products by working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to define product specifications and ensure alignment with market requirements.
Manage the product development process, including concept development, prototyping, testing, and validation.
Ensure timely and successful launch of new products and product enhancements.
Solenoid Engineering Team Leadership:
Oversee and provide direction to the Solenoid Engineering team to drive innovation and technical excellence.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Ensure engineering projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Drive cost improvement projects to enhance product profitability and competitiveness.
and evaluate new market opportunities and potential applications for solenoids.
Develop business cases for new product initiatives andpresentto senior management.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
Build andmaintainstrong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and new product development.
Provide technical support and training to the sales team and customers.
Product Lifecycle Management:
Monitor and manage the performance of existing products, including sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Identify and implement product improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Develop and execute plans for product phase-out and end-of-life management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with various departments, including engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain, to ensure product success.

Our requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field. AMaster'sdegree is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the solenoid or electromagnetic components industry.
Strong technical background with a solid understanding of solenoids and their applications.
Proventrack recordof successfully managing product lifecycles from concept to launch.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Inquisitive mindset.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to interact effectively with customers and understand their needs.
High emotional quotient (EQ/EI) with strong empathy, self-awareness, and interpersonal skills.
Spirit of collaborative ownership with a proactive approach and a strong sense of urgency.
Experience leading and managing engineering teams.
Ability to travel as needed.
