Job Description
What will you do?
- Assist in the implementation of the Direct Procurement solution, ensuring alignment with the objectives set by the Source to Settle Lead and the Global Supplier Management Value Team.
- Contribute to the configuration of SAP MM, specifically tailored to Direct Procurement, to ensure that the system meets business requirements.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to support project initiatives and address challenges.
- Project Participation: Play a key role in the successful execution of assigned projects, contributing to the management of scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Assist in managing relationships with outsourced vendors to ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.
- Support the adherence to regulatory commitments and industry best practices within the Direct Procurement processes.
- Collaborate with other work streams and Application Maintenance Services leads to facilitate integration and ongoing support.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required
- University degree
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP MM, with foundational knowledge of SAP ECC or S/4HANA configuration. Experience with Output determination, Master Data (Material master, PIR, source lists, etc.), Release strategies, Pricing & Tax is essential
- Familiarity with integrations such as Ariba, FieldGlass, and Master Data Governance is advantageous
- Basic knowledge of cross-module integration within SAP, including MM, PP, QM, WM, or Logistics
- At least one completed implementation cycle
- Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication capabilities
- Ability to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively and participating in various project phases, including Solution Design, Testing, Cutover, and Go-Live
Nice to have
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Background in the Life Sciences or pharmaceutical industry
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, HP/ALM, or ServiceNow
