In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As an SAP Consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products.You will work on projects that assist clients in integrating strategy, process, technology, and information to enhance effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve profit and shareholder value. There are opportunities for you to acquire new skills, work across different disciplines, take on new challenges, and develop a comprehensive understanding of various industries.In your first experience, you will work with a client in the automative sector providing business support services related to already implemented SAP solution.

Your main responsibilities in this role will include:

• Monitoring of interfaces execution
• Resolution of issues reported in AIF (both with client and with the implementation team)
• Business support of end users in their daily activities
• Analysis of data related issues
• Support of testing activities
• Delivery of training for new employees
• Active cooperation and proactive communication with Application Management Services team.

In subsequent engagements your responsibilities may grow towards:

• Strategic SAP Solution Focus:Working across technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs.
• Comprehensive Solution Delivery:Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your knowledge of SAP and working with the latest technologies.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• SAP Process knowledge:Experience with logistics and productiion processes and workflows.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA:Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA, demonstrating how it is applied in different client environments.
• Language Proficiency:Fluency in English and Czech (or Slovak)
• Proactive Communication
• Problem Solving

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Certification in the business processes optimisation (e.g. Lean, Kaizen etc.)
• Automotive Industry knowledge
