Location:São Leopoldo, RS, Brazil - hybrid

• Provide Portuguese and English first level support for desktop solution users for their phone and Portal inquiries,
• Assistance with service features
• Report inquiries
• Payment inquiries along with navigational support to end users.
• Document cases, route, track, escalate and update customers on status of issues as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in course (mainly Technology areas, Tourism and Business), with at least two years to conclusion;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Fluent in Portuguese;
• Advanced English;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Familiarity with Customer Service and Support for software or other Information Technology products;
• Ability to work in a team environment;
• Be open to learn and change.
