Location:São Leopoldo, RS, Brazil - hybrid
- Provide Portuguese and English first level support for desktop solution users for their phone and Portal inquiries,
- Assistance with service features
- Report inquiries
- Payment inquiries along with navigational support to end users.
- Document cases, route, track, escalate and update customers on status of issues as required.

- Bachelor’s degree in course (mainly Technology areas, Tourism and Business), with at least two years to conclusion;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Fluent in Portuguese;
- Advanced English;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Familiarity with Customer Service and Support for software or other Information Technology products;
- Ability to work in a team environment;
- Be open to learn and change.
