Sales Leader, Singapore
The responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Lead and build a high performing sales team to achieve individual and team goals. An agent of change to work within a dynamic environment and lead strategic change.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop trusted business relationships with potential clients.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to inform sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment in sales efforts.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching and support to team members.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Continuously seek out new ways to enhance the sales process and improve overall performance.
- Drive effective teamwork and must be able to handle teams effectively, be good at cross-functional collaboration and be able to align the team’s performance with all sales goals and leading
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s Degree Holder in related disciplines.
- Minimum 8-10 Years’ Experience in relevant fields.
- Proven leadership qualities and track record for building and managing new functions and high performing teams.
- Proven relevant commercial management (PnL) experience.
- Excellent time management skills, and work with high levels of autonomy and self-direction, with 'Positive and Can-Do' attitude and motivation.
- An ideas genius, not afraid to speak up and challenge the status quo and continuously seek innovation and take proactive approach to problem solving
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to take ownership and multitask in a fast paced and challenging environment.
- Ability to demonstrate experience in managing diverse groups of stakeholders.
- Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to influence all levels of stakeholders.
