Job Responsibilities:

• Data & Tech Literacy - Leverages data analytics and digital skills to create new insights and deliver well designed applications that together support business transformation
• Market & Product Knowledge - Demonstrates a thorough understanding of our products, systems and end to end processes, and keeps abreast of market and industry trends
• Continuous Improvement - Applies innovation and design thinking techniques to continually challenge and improve the efficiency, scale, and resilience of our operating platform
• Client Engagement & Collaboration - Builds trust-based relationships with clients and internal stakeholders in order to deliver solutions that improve the client experience
• Teamwork & Leadership - Implements organizational structures and management practices that inform, empower and enable staff to optimally deliver against their business goals
• Risk, Controls & Conduct - applies a preventative controls mind-set wherever possible to manage & mitigate risk

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

• Graduate / Post Graduate, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Banking / Financial Services of which at least 3 should be in a similar role & profile. Exposure to current training methodologies is an advantage
• Proven leader of staff with 1-3 years’ experience of managing teams in multiple locations and through management layers
