Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
Graduate / Post Graduate, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Banking / Financial Services of which at least 3 should be in a similar role & profile. Exposure to current training methodologies is an advantage
Proven leader of staff with 1-3 years’ experience of managing teams in multiple locations and through management layers
