Responsibilities:
Support the management of all operational processes and portfolio of active credit facilities and equity investments for New Markets Tax Credit and Alternative Energy Tax Credit loans and investments.
Role responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Advance operational strategy and future oriented goals, while inspiring innovative team mentality
Develop relationships and build buy-in with internal stakeholders (including Accounting, Tax, Finance, Line of Business, Risk, Technology, and Leadership) establishing clear communication models around product support
Ability to flex message to audience
Become a product, operations, and overall subject matter expert in the Tax Credit industry
Prioritize and drive team workflow, both ongoing and ad-hoc
Support team and organizational compliance, risk, and uphold exceptional customer service
Assist on the development and regular reporting of team metrics to senior leadership
Co-lead team projects and process improvement initiatives
Maintain and develop client relationships while delivering a beautiful client experience
Contribute to action plans aimed at increasing operational efficiencies
Fulfill periodic audit requests from both internal and external auditors
Assist internal operations groups with daily, monthly, and quarterly reports

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Project management experience, and ability to lead multiple initiatives, timelines and deliver quality products

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
Presentation skills and comfortable speaking in front of associates across the organizational hierarchy

Work from Home Technology Requirements:
A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
A reliable private internet connection that isnotsupplied via cellular data or hotspot
A private network that is password protected where you have ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
Internet service must be provided by Cable or fiber Internet Service Provides (ISP)
Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions
ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred
To validate ISP speeds from a Chrome browser, go to, type Speed Test and run from the Google landing page
Both Hardwire and WiFi internet connections are acceptable as long as speed and security requirements are met

Work from Home Living Requirements:
Candidates must live within approximately 50 miles of one of the hub locations based in 28203, 75024 or 23238 and be comfortable coming in person whenever required with no less than 24 hours notice.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 4 years of experience in banking operations
At least 4 years of banking or financial products experience
At least 4 years of middle or back office experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
5+ years of banking or financial products experience
5+ years of experience using Advanced Commercial Banking System (ACBS)
