Your Impact In Role

• Analyze data, aggregate insights & distill key takeaways in order to drive key business actions & decision-making
• Develop & implement high-impact initiatives that may cut across all three sides of the marketplace to elevate and maintain a top-notch merchant quality & experience
• Define critical metrics and develop dashboards to supervise business performance; report findings to local leadership to define long-term strategy and decision-making
• Collaborate & work closely cross-functionally with other teams including Sales, Operations, Legal to drive critical initiatives forward

The Experience You'll Bring

• Experience in strategy, operations, consulting, tech, finance, or related fields
• Problem-solver with strong analytical skills, with an ability to tackle ambiguous problems logically using a data-driven approach
• Works effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams and influence people & organizations into action
• Self-motivated, works independently, and ability to prioritize across multiple workstreams
• Proficiency in Excel/ Google Sheets, along with SQL

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical skills in programming language (e.g. Python)
