- Analyze data, aggregate insights & distill key takeaways in order to drive key business actions & decision-making
- Develop & implement high-impact initiatives that may cut across all three sides of the marketplace to elevate and maintain a top-notch merchant quality & experience
- Define critical metrics and develop dashboards to supervise business performance; report findings to local leadership to define long-term strategy and decision-making
- Collaborate & work closely cross-functionally with other teams including Sales, Operations, Legal to drive critical initiatives forward
The Experience You'll Bring
- Experience in strategy, operations, consulting, tech, finance, or related fields
- Problem-solver with strong analytical skills, with an ability to tackle ambiguous problems logically using a data-driven approach
- Works effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams and influence people & organizations into action
- Self-motivated, works independently, and ability to prioritize across multiple workstreams
- Proficiency in Excel/ Google Sheets, along with SQL
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical skills in programming language (e.g. Python)
