As a Principal Associate, Business Development you will:

• Support negotiations with external partners

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute contracts

• Support management of financial investment for Lounge program

• Maintain and manage key relationships with external partners

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience

• At least 1 year of Business Development or External Relationship Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Business Development experience

• Proven track record of delivering results

• Strong executive presence and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $134,100 - $153,000 for Pr Assoc, Business DevelopmentThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
