Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex projects to improve sales operations.
  • Analyze business trends to identify opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Implement new methods and procedures for special assignments.
  • Coordinate with global teams to ensure consistency in operations.
  • Mentor managers and provide guidance on project execution.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams, with a strong track record of people management in matrixed or cross-functional environments
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales and post-sales motions, including opportunity management, contracting, renewals, and account planning
  • Experience defining and improving end-to-end seller workflows across tools and functions (e.g., Sales Tech, RevOps, Enablement)
  • Proven ability to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including AI, into sales processes to drive simplification and scale.
  • Ability to translate seller pain points into scalable, seller-first process and system improvements
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with experience influencing tooling roadmaps and operational change
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, CLM, account planning platforms)
  • Experience contributing to or leading sales transformations efforts with intelligent automation or AI-based enhancements
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to drive alignment, build trust, and mobilize action across diverse stakeholders
  • A continuous improvement mindset — able to drive global consistency while flexing to regional needs
