Define program objectives, processes, and success criteria to align with organizational goals
Identify new growth opportunities and test a variety of marketing strategies across owned and unowned media for programs such as Solutions Center, BUILD, Dev Day, and LinkedIn / YouTube livestreams
Manage content development, use-case definition, and process for Solutions Center technical resources repository
Develop strategy for Snowflake Developers Youtube Channel to expand awareness, increase subscriptions, and align content to product / feature release cycles
Collect and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform business decisions
Report on program status, metrics, highlights and areas for improvement to stakeholder teams.
Collaborate with content owners to update materials across channels to keep up-to-date with product updates and enhancements
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Brand & Creative, Community, Developer Relations and Demand Generation to implement product, processes, and tools improvements
Expertise in executing strategy for multiple products and platforms, including kickstarting 0 to 1 efforts and improving quality of existing programs
Subject-matter expertise in data engineering, data science, and data analytics; experience in writing code sample projects, demos, or tutorials in Python and SQL is a plus
Experience working with open source projects is preferred, but not required
