The role requires someone who is analytical but can also influence business stakeholders regarding the importance of recruiting, programming, and the key role early talent plays in our growth strategy. This position will be based out of our San Mateo, CA office.

  • Mentor and develop University Program staff.
  • Define best practices and cadence for University programming, partnering with stakeholders to create a scalable multi-year strategy (year-over-year) aligned with broader business objectives for program growth.
  • Develop a comprehensive framework to measure program effectiveness, including KPIs and qualitative feedback, driving continuous improvement while ensuring a positive, impactful journey for interns and new grads.
  • Leverage industry insights and data to influence decisions, evaluate program effectiveness, and identify new tools/services to elevate our programs and expand hiring/branding efforts.
  • Spearhead the program development and implementation of DEI initiatives within university programs, prioritizing DEI campus student groups and alternative talent opportunities.
  • Prioritize effectively while handling multiple time-sensitive projects, maintaining high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Use analytics and expertise to tell the early-career story, influencing organizational leadership on program direction.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with universities and key stakeholders to expand program reach and impact.
  • Partnering with leadership to implement effective change management globally.
  • 5+ years of program management experience, with 3+ years in a management role, demonstrating a proven ability to build and scale successful global programs while improving existing processes.
  • Ability to develop and execute long-term strategies, aligning programs with broader business objectives.
  • Experience curating, collecting, and communicating data-driven insights to advance program initiatives and resources.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, passion for building meaningful connections with students and faculty, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders on program direction.
  • Experience creating end-to-end data collection processes to measure program impact, inform strategy, and drive towards automation for continuous improvement.
  • Deep understanding of DEI principles and practices, with a proven track record of building inclusive programs focused on hiring and retention.
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills, able to communicate clearly and concisely to audiences of all levels.
  • Ability to independently prioritize competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $139,000 - $194,200.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.
